As you answered NO or NOT SURE… there are understandable reasons for that (you might think it is a women’s movement by and for women, you might think feminism is no longer needed nowadays, you might feel feminism paints men as the enemy, you might not know “how to” be a feminist man or other reasons).
And here is the other side of the argument.

1. Why is Feminism relevant to men?
Feminism in and of itself is about true equality regardless of sex, gender, orientation, or race. It is relevant to men because it creates equal opportunities for men that wouldn't necessarily be available under a patriarchal society. In order for feminism to work, it must treat all people as equals, and that means holding everyone accountable for their own individual actions, beliefs, and desires. It cannot exist without reflecting on and battling the ways that men are raised under a patriarchal society.
2. How does Feminism benefit men?
Feminism allows men to be emotionally vulnerable, to express ourselves and our identities in ways that aren't seen as traditionally "masculine", and feminism creates just as many opportunities for men to become better romantic partners, better parents, and to have different work roles that don't traditionally align with their gender or sexuality.
Feminism can help male victims of domestic violence and sexual assault to seek out resources without the fear or shame of not being seeing as "manly enough" or not being believed. Because men are encouraged to be more emotionally vulnerable under feminism, we can better identify our trauma and find healthier ways to cope and move on from those traumas.
Under a feminist society, men are more likely to be emotionally available, mature, an in tune to ourselves and others.
3. Have you always embraced Feminism? If not, what changed your mind?
Yes. I was raised by a single mother with two sisters who are very close in age to me. I'm a gay, transgender man who has experienced not only sex and gender based discrimination, but I've also been a survivor of domestic and sexual abuse. If not for feminism, I would not have been able to survive and cope through all of my traumatic experiences.

1. Why is Feminism relevant to men?
I think the main cause of feminism is the analysis and eradication of the patriarchy within society, which would heavily involve the participation of men.
2. How does Feminism benefit men?
Feminism benefits men by providing them a framework to reclaim a lot of their emotional health that was lost during their youth.
3. Have you always embraced Feminism? If not, what changed your mind?
I was not always a feminist because I felt that many feminists did not care about men's issues and only focused on how the patriarchy affects women. My mind was changed when I decided to give "A Will To Change" by bell hooks a try. She seemed more empathetic to men while still holding them accountable for any actions they may have committed. This felt like what I imagined feminism was supposed to be.

1. Why is Feminism relevant to men?
Feminism strives for an egalitarian society and thus can not achieved without men.
2. How does Feminism benefit men?
Currently feminism doesn't benefit men... yet. We need to start focusing more on getting rid of mens gender roles just as we have been ridding ourselves of womens traditional gender roles.
3. Have you always embraced Feminism? If not, what changed your mind?
I have always embraced feminism as far as it applies to equality between the genders. With current wave of feminism hurting feminism and turning more and more of men against feminism, I have started consuming more content on the topic and feel like at these divisive times it is my duty as a man to defend feminism.
When feminism eventually succeeds, all people will benefit from it.
